Bridging policy and action

Health Systems Hive is led by Principal Consultant Nicole Rendell. As a health systems policy professional with 15 years of experience working in global public health, she is proficient in policy and program development. She has worked across different levels of the World Health Organization and within national government agencies, bridging research, policy, and implementation in diverse contexts - from Australia to Mongolia to regional roles. These roles have been characterised by the need for effective stakeholder coordination, including at the ministerial level, and technical skills to deliver products within specified time frames and resource constraints.
